Process Plants for fruit juices and beverages
Thanks to the geographical location of SACOME, placed in a region rich in the production of fruits and vegetables, as well as in the field of food an beverage, our company has been since the beginning proposing solutions for the food and agriculture industry. SACOME is specialised in the engineering of complete systems for fruit juices, concentrates, purees and creams processing, as much for the mixing systems as for the treatments before filling, as pasteurization or deareation.
There is a broad spectrum of products: juices with or without pulp, fruit concentrates, fruit creams for bag-in-box filling, creams with solids for hot or aseptical filling, nectars or compotes of apricot, peach, apple, among others. Other products that are usually processed in our process plants and complete systems are soft drinks (carbonated and non-carbonated), beer, musts, cider, syrups and sugar solutions, as well as coffee and tea extract.
Due to the client’s requirements, for many projects the plant must be conceived for the processing of a wide range of products at different flowrates. Because of it, SACOME suggests flexible process solutions adjusted to the specifications of every customer.
Regarding the detail engineering, the production line is designed according to the features of eah process, from the feeding tank (having agitation or without it), to the pumping group, the deareation system with aroma recovery or the heat treatment section, in which the critical element is the corrugated tube heat exchanger, equipment manufactured by our company as a renowned manufacturer.
Moreover, with the aim of reducing the heat consumption of the plant, our engineers can design the processing line in order to get a high heat recovery (also known as regeneration), and this translates into economical savings that allow the client to get the money back in a short term.
