Exhaust Gases

Tubular heat exchangers to recover the energy from the exhaust gases
From SACOME we place at your disposal our knowledge in heat transfer applied to the design of heat exchangers to recover the energy from the exhaust gases.
The mission of these shell and tube heat exchangers is to reduce the outlet temperature of the exhaust gases, combustion gases in incinerators, degassing in steelworks or exhaust gases from fuel or natural gas combustion. This residual energy is recovered to heat process water, thus recovering much of wasted energy.
The geometry and design of our tubular heat exchangers is intended to adapt the equipment to the pressure drop allowed for the gases and the estimated fouling.
Connections for gas side, water side as well as vents, drains or safety valves will be adapted to each client or project needs.
