Water and CIP heating
SACOME V SERIES Heat Exchangers are specially designed to do the heating of water or CIP solutions using steam or hot water as heating media. The excellent performance of these heat exchangers lies in the high levels of turbulence caused by the corrugation to the fluid circulating inside the inner tubes. This turbulence increases the thermal exchange, decreases the fouling and the required area is much lower than with smooth tubes.
SACOME V SERIES heat exchangers are fully welded (no gaskets are required as in a plate heat exchanger) and manufactured in 316L stainless steel.
Given the high demand, our V SEIRES Water Heaters are available on stock to give a quick answer to the client requirements. In addition, SACOME can dimension and manufacture a complete and customized CIP system to suit the client’s needs.
The main applications for our V SERIES Tubular Heat Exchangers are water heating, CIP solutions (containing NaOH, HNO³) and steam and vapors condensation.
