High capacity of calculation

 

Our complete calculation capacity enables us to optimize the designs, as much from the thermal point of view as from the mechanical one, and allows us to suggest our customers different alternative solutions depending on their needs.

At SACOME we have advanced engineering software for the design of heat exchangers, expansion joints and pressure vessels. Our engineers count on their wide background using highly renowned software in the fields of thermal design and mechanical calculations, as HTRI and PVElite. As member of Heat Transfer Research, Inc.(HTRI), SACOME has also access to the last technical innovations in the field of heat transfer.

Our Technical staff offers also the possibility of applying methodologies of numerical simulation, based on the finite elements analysis (FEM), for the resolution of complex problems.

At SACOME we do the Engineering of the equipment during the design phase, and at a later stage our Projects Department develops the Detail Engineering of the equipment, applying different software as SolidWorks and AutoCAD 2D and 3D.

Know-How and Experience are the basis of our designs

 

We count on a wide database of physical properties of products, as much for food applications as for industrial ones, and our designs are backed by a list of more than 6.000 references of equipments meeting the required specifications.

For the processing of products with unknown properties, our R+D offers the possibility of finding out the densities, viscosities, conductivities and specific heats by means a rheologycal study, just with a sample of product sent by the client.

The design and manufacturing of all our equipments is done according to world renowned codes for the food, pharmaceutical, industrial and petrochemical fields.
