Applications for the Industrial Sector
The mission of our shell and tube heat exchangers is to reduce the outlet temperature of the exhaust gases, combustion gases in incinerators, degassing in steelworks or exhaust gases from fuel or natural gas combustion.
Current society is increasingly aware of the environment and sustainable production. In this context, the importance of the Biodiesel Industry is more than evident.
Vegetable Oils and Animal Fats
It is not necessary to emphasize the importance of the energy consumption in the costs when refining oil (degumming, bleaching, deodorising or neutralising are processes which involve a thermal treatment). In this context, our corrugated tube heat exchangers have been successfully used to do the energy recovery and thus reduce the consumptions and operational costs of the process plant.
Steam Condensation is an essential factor for many different applications within industrial processes. Shell and tube heat exchangers are currently the most typical heat exchangers geometry used.
Our corrugated tube heat exchangers are intended to do the thermal processing of paint, varnish, acrylics, pigments, resins and polyesters, among others.
Water Heating and CIP Systems
The excellent performance of our corrugated tube heat exchangers lies in the high levels of turbulence caused by the corrugation to the fluid circulating inside the inner tubes. This turbulence increases the thermal exchange, decreases the fouling and the required area is much lower than with smooth tubes.
SACOME, as manufacturer of equipment since 1978, has an extensive experience and knowledge in design of Biogas Treatment Systems to its use as biofuel in electricity and steam production.
Our shell and tube condensers (shell and tube heat exchangers) are intended for use to remove the condensable phase from the fluid stream, reducing the overall steam consumption.
Wastewater Treatment, Sludge and Sewage
Our Tubular Heat Exchangers play an essential role within the waste water treatment, sewage and sludge heating. Sometimes, this waste water can be even used to pre-heat the water going to the process getting a large energy recovery and getting a meaningful saving in the energy consumption.
