S-TFMP-I Multi-pass Sanitary Heat Exchanger Operation
The S-TFMP-I Multi-pass Heat Exchanger is a sanitary shell and tube heat exchanger consisting of a tube bundle within a shell. The product flows through the inner tubes making multiple pass while the service does it on the outer channel.
S-TFMP-I Multi-pass Sanitary Heat Exchanger Applications
Heating processes (pasteurization, sterilization, UHT, etc.) or cooling processes of medium – low viscosity products which may contain fibres and small particles. This model is designed for dairy products, juices and beverages, margarines, food grade oils and others which may require good product channel finish.

Heat Exchangers for loops of Purified Water (PW) and Water for Injection (WFI) in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
The importance of rheology in the design of any processing plant is crucial since the sizing of many of the elements composing it is very dependent on this “resistance”, also taking special relevance with food products: heat exchangers, pipes, valves, pumps, mixers, etc.
To design a heat exchanger it is necessary to have certain data, such as the process flow rate, the temperature and the physical properties of products.
