S-TFM-I Tubular Heat Exchanger

S-TFM-I Tubular Heat Exchangers Description
The S-TFM-I Tubular Heat Exchanger is a multitube heat exchanger with non removable tube bundle.
The S-TFM-I Tubular Heat Exchanger is part of our new Sanitary Line.
S-TFM-I Tubular Heat Exchanger Operation
The S-TFM-I Tubular Heat Exchanger is a shell and tube heat exchanger with a tube bundle within a shell. The product flows by the inner tubes while the service does it by the external channel.

S-TFM-I Tubular Heat Exchanger Applications
Heating processes (pasteurization, sterilization, UHT, etc.) or cooling of products with low-medium viscosity. The products may contain fibers or large particles. This model is designed for products such as dairy, juices and beverages, margarine and edible oils among others.

Options
Insulation
Mineral wool coated in 304 stainless steel metal sheet.
Frame
Stainless Steel 304
The type and shape of the frame will be selected to fit the needs of each project. If required, equipment may be sloping for better drainage.
Interconnections
In case the equipment contains several units in series, SACOME can provide the interconnections for the product channel and the service channel. Thinking of the easy drainability we propose eccentric reductions.

The importance of rheology in the design of food plants
The importance of rheology in the design of any processing plant is crucial since the sizing of many of the elements composing it is very dependent on this “resistance”, also taking special relevance with food products: heat exchangers, pipes, valves, pumps, mixers, etc.
