P-TFM-I Tubular Heat Exchanger Operation
The P-TFMI-I Pharmaceutical Heat Exchanger is a tubular heat exchanger consisting of a tube bundle within a shell. The product flows through the inner tubes while the service flows through the outer channel. This model incorporates a double tubesheet that avoids the risk of cross contamination between product and service.

Heating or cooling water for injection (WFI), purified water (PW), distilled water, products of biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, as can be glucose, emulsions and cosmetics, among others.

For higher design pressure or temperatures as well as hazardous fluids, the heat exchangers can be checked according to AD 2000 Merkblätt, ASME VIII Div.1, PD 5500, EN13445 or by Finite Elements Analysis and CE certificated by individual inspection modules.
