The manufacturing process of our corrugated tube heat exchangers is based on our own technology for the corrugation of tubes.
Considering the complex nature of particulate products, the tubular heat exchangers and process line are carefully designed to avoid the risk of blocking due to the large size of the solids, taking care of ensuring the quality and safety of the whole process.
The products containing big pieces, particulate producs or food particles have an excellent performance with SACOME tubular heat exchanger S-TF20-I (tube in tube) that avoids the risk of blocking of the tubes and gets lower fouling and longer running times than with other geometries.
