Deareation Tanks

The main purpose of our deareation tanks is to remove the air and other dissolved gases (mainly oxygen), in order to avoid oxidation or corrosion problems. But also, preventing that this gaseous phase could absorb part of the heat destined for the product during the heating treatment, keeping in this way a good thermal efficiency.

SACOME deareation tank can have systems for the recovery of aromas and flavours, process that is done by means of the condensation of the removed gases by vacuum.
