SACOME has been improving the agitation and scraping technologies in its Cooking Tanks, to avoid the sticking of the product to the inner walls of the vessel, that can operate at atmospheric pressure, but also pressurised or under vacuum conditions.

SACOME has been carrying out an intensive R+D+i activity in the design of cooking tanks. In 2003 our staff designed and manufactured an innovative system to cook rice with milk. This system allowed the client to do the cooking of this product in a continuous process, by the first time, instead of a batch process as it was previously done.

Since then, SACOME has been improving the agitation and scraping technologies, to avoid the sticking of the product to the inner walls of the vessel, that can operate at atmospheric pressure, but also pressurised or under vacuum conditions.
