Fish waste processing supply in northern Europe
One of the leading fish waste processing companies in northern Europe relies on SACOME the design and manufacturing of a tubular heat exchanger able to heat 22.000 kg/h of fish offal, particularly tuna.
The heating is performed by the injection of steam at low pressure in the housing.
For this new project we have chosen a pipe tube design heat exchanger, in a single and inclined frame to assist the drain.
Specifically, SACOME applied its Sanitary Tube in Tube Heat Exchanger S-TF20-I with our own technology of corrugated tubes.
