New concentrated juice pasteurizer for Russia
We have almost ready this impressive concentrated juice pasteurizer for Russia. We have adapted the heat exchanger so that it can work with different types of juice but most importantly, the pasteurizer is capable of working at 58 bar on pipe side and 16 bar on service side, so the pressure drop on the product side will not be a problem.
As shown in the photograph, and at the request of the client, we have isolated some sections in the juice pasteurizer (in Russia the temperatures can sometimes be somewhat cold 😊).
Very soon, our Russian friends will be drinking pasteurized juices in a SACOME pasteurizer.
The importance of rheology in the design of any processing plant is crucial since the sizing of many of the elements composing it is very dependent on this “resistance”, also taking special relevance with food products: heat exchangers, pipes, valves, pumps, mixers, etc.
To design a heat exchanger it is necessary to have certain data, such as the process flow rate, the temperature and the physical properties of products.
Hairpin heat exchangers have a more efficient and economical design compared to a multiple pass heat exchanger when the process requires a temperature crossing between the cold and hot fluid.
