Special range of standard heat exchangers
SACOME has a special range of heat exchangers, known as V SERIES heat exchangers. These tubular heat exhangers are standard heat exchangers. We manufacture these heat exchangers in series, and we have them in stock. Therefore, prices are very competitive and delivery time is immediate. We have supplied thousands of V SERIES heat exchangers for more than 30 years. It is noteworthy that, the sales of this type of standard heat exchangers are increasing, every year.
Our V SERIES heat exchangers are robust equipment with an industrial surface finish specially designed for water heating or CIP solution using steam. In fact, one of the typical applications of these standard heat exchangers is the supply of hot water required in the heating section of the pasteurizers of the food industry. However, there are many applications in which the V SERIES is an optimal solution. In addition, in those projects with immediate delivery required, the V SERIES heat exchangers can be a very interesting option.
On the other hand, at SACOME we always work to continue improving our technical solutions even in the case of standard ranges, such as our V SERIES. In this sense, two years ago we developed a new standard heat exchanger with a larger diameter (our model I-V5-1500), and we have now developed other improvements on supports and packaging. Thus, in order to further reduce the delivery time, we have recently standardized our V SERIES packaging to store these shell and tube heat exchangers already packed in their individual wooden cases. Regarding the supports, we have also developed special supports for these standard heat exchangers, and we have recently supplied several units with these supports included, as shown in the picture. This is good example of how SACOME is continuously improving its product line and customer response.
