The purified water process (PW) is the most common application in the pharmaceutical industry. We are proud to be able to collaborate with many of the most major engineering and pharmaceutical companies to design tubular heat exchangers that meet different processes and surface finish requirements.
For this new project, our client requested a heat exchanger complied with an instantaneous heating process, heating and cooling recirculating process and, lastly, a limitation of the pressure drop caused by the heat exchanger on the line.
In response to our client’s needs, we have supplied our P-TFM-I heat exchanger with double tubular sheet (DTS) and Ra ≤ 0.5 µm certified roughness in the product channel.
