Water Heaters Systems

SACOME has a wide range of shell and tube heat exchangers for the supply of hot water, which we can provide together with the control system of the steam and the condensates lines, mounted onto a skid frame on a turnkey basis.

The steam line includes a pressure reducer valve (with the aim of adapting the pressure of the steam coming from the boiler to the operation pressure in the tubular heat exchanger), a regulation valve, a filter, as well as manometers, thermometers or PT 100 sensors to measure the service pressure and temperature. Regarding the condensates line, the critical component is the condensates drain, with the purpose of discharging the condensates at the outlet of the heat exchanger. If required, we can include in our scope of supply the close water loop with all its components.
