dirty water treatment

.
One of the industrial applications in which SACOME stands out is the treatment of dirty water. This is a sector with special characteristics as the thermal properties of each dirty water can vary enormously from one project to another and it is essential to have experience in order to select the most suitable tubular model in each case. You can find information about the equipment of our Industrial Line in the following link: https://www.sacome.com/en/sanitary-line/

Following on from the above, we have recently supplied several shell and tube heat exchangers for a dirty water project in Greece. Some of these units contain dirty water on both the shell and tube side. Therefore, it is necessary to have access to the shell side for cleaning and a number of design aspects have to be taken into account in order to make this future cleaning of the tube bundle optimal and easy. In this sense, the best solution for this equipment has been to consider our industrial model of removable tube bundle (I-TFM-D).

On the other hand, in another area of this same wastewater plant, a heat exchanger was required to heat a digestate with solids by means of hot water. Therefore, in this case, the best solution is to consider monotubular equipment to avoid possible blockage problems due to the solids content.

In short, this project is just another example of the fact that at SACOME we are specialists in choosing the best solution for each equipment, even for different positions within the same installation.
