At SACOME, we are able to design and manufacture our tubular heat exchangers in accordance with different design codes. We normally consider the AD2000 design code, but our customers often ask us for other codes, such as the ASME VIII Div. 1 code together with the TEMA code. Following on from this, SACOME has recently been chosen to manufacture a tubular heat exchanger according to plan and in accordance with the TEMA code. Specifically, the model required is an 8-pass NEN with a shell diameter of 609.6 mm, and all mechanical calculations must be performed in accordance with ASME VIII Div.1. Our engineers have therefore optimized the distribution of the inner tubes and performed the required mechanical calculations. In addition, davit arms have been added to this equipment to make it easier for our customer to open the heads.
