CIP Systems
The cleaning of the process systems is part of the daily routine at every production line in the process industry, being the CIP Systems (Clean in Place) an essential part in the whole plant.
With SACOME CIP systems we get to optimize the cleaning and disinfect of the process plant, keeping the safety in the plant, with no need of disassembling the equipment. The features of the cleaning and washing cycles, the cleaning times, as well as the different cleaning solutions (with acid or basic pH), depend on the product as well on the equipment.
Our CIP systems allow the client to use the process plant in an optimal way, and help to get a meaningful saving as with these systems it’s possible to recover and reuse the cleaning solutions (caustic soda and acid) and to optimize the total amount of water.
We can supply completely automated systems and mounted onto a skidded frame, what makes easier the transport, assembly and installation in situ.
