Baby Food Process Plants
SACOME designs and manufactures complete process systems for the thermal treatment of dietetic products intended for the baby food.
This kind of products are composed of skimmed and concentred milk by-products, to that different cereals and solids are added. Afterwards these products are processed under UHT conditions to be aseptically filled at a later stage.
The heating and cooling systems are conceived using corrugated tube heat exchangers, being the annular space heat echanger configuration the most suitable one as these are medium-high viscosity fluids. Besides, all the equipments can be mounted onto a frame, as a compact skid, what allows an easy installation anywhere in the factory.
