Heat exchangers with ultra-compact and very light design
SACOME is awarded the design and manufacturing of two tubular heat exchangers for the aeronautical industry. This is a R+D+i project, in which a fuel preheating system is required in the new aircraft for stratospheric flights.
The particularity of the equipment is the low fuel working temperature, together with the need for an ultra-compact and very light design, which adapts to the available space.
In order to comply with strict design constraints, SACOME supplies two I-TFM-I multitube heat exchangers, with small diameter inner tubes and a total length of only 300 mm.
This project is further proof of the versatility and adaptability of the heat exchangers designed and manufactured by SACOME, which highlight our strong commitment to develop new products and applications.
