Continuing with the above, SACOME has recently been chosen for the design and manufacture of two palm oil coolers. As the oil flow rates are very high in this case (220,000 kg/h), we have always designed equipment with a significant diameter with the aim of reducing the number of units and the price. Furthermore, in this type of equipment it is essential to study the location of the oil since the results can be very different depending on whether the oil goes through the tube side or the casing side.
