Deze <b>warmtewisselaar<\/b> was bedoeld voor het <b>smelten van margarine voor latere herverwerking<\/b>. Bij deze toepassing doen zich een aantal moeilijkheden voor bij het herontwerpen van de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/nl\/buiswarmtewisselaars\/\"><b> warmtewisselaar met mantel en buizen<\/b><\/a><b>. <\/b>Enerzijds is er de<b> keuze van het meest geschikte materiaal<\/b>. Anderzijds is er een juiste interpretatie van het <b>thermische proces<\/b> dat de <b>margarine<\/b> ondergaat, aangezien het een halfvast product is dat bij herverwerking in vloeibare toestand overgaat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voor deze toepassing worden vaak warmtewisselaars met geschraapt oppervlak gebruikt. De hoge initi\u00eble installatiekosten, in combinatie met de hoge exploitatiekosten en de gebruikelijke problemen met de mechanische afdichting, maken de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/nl\/voordelen-buisvormige-warmtewisselaars\/\"><b>buiswarmtewisselaar\u00a0<\/b><\/a>echter tot een <b>effectief alternatief<\/b> om in overweging te nemen.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Text&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>De oplossing: warmtewisselaars met gegolfde buizen voor het smelten en herverwerken van margarine<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bij <b>SACOME<\/b> zijn we ons er altijd van bewust dat een <b>juiste materiaalkeuze<\/b> mogelijke corrosieproblemen in het processysteem voorkomt. Daarom hebben we, op basis van de materiaalanalyse uitgevoerd door de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upct.es\/contenido\/departamentos\/ingenieria_materiales_fabricacion.php\"><b>UPCT<\/b><\/a><b> (Polytechnische Universiteit van Cartagena)<\/b>, vanuit onze technische afdeling de klant voorgesteld om <b>duplexstaal<\/b> te gebruiken. Dit materiaal bleek het meest geschikt voor het project en het type <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/fundido-fluidificado-margarina\/\">toepassing<\/a>. Om de margarine, die een <b>halfvaste consistentie<\/b> heeft, te kunnen pompen en herverwerken, moet deze worden gesmolten om een vloeibare fase te verkrijgen die het pompen en de transformatie ervan vergemakkelijkt.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section bb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; fullwidth=&#8221;off&#8221; specialty=&#8221;off&#8221; prev_background_color=&#8221;#000000&#8243; next_background_color=&#8221;rgba(233,233,233,0.38)&#8221;][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>Materiaalspecificaties<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De <b>warmtewisselaar<\/b>, vervaardigd uit <b>austenitisch roestvrij staal 316<\/b>, onderging een proces van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/nl\/interkristalcorrosie-voorkomen\/\"><b>corrosie<\/b><\/a>. Daarom werd de klant gevraagd om een monster te sturen voor analyse en om een geschikt materiaal aan te bevelen. In nauwe samenwerking met de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upct.es\/\"><b>UPCT<\/b><\/a> (<b>Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Cartagena<\/b>) kon SACOME conclusies trekken over de oorzaak van deze corrosie om te voorkomen dat deze in toekomstige ontwerpen opnieuw zou optreden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De experts van de UPCT voerden verschillende analyses uit op het monster met tekenen van corrosie: chemische analyse door middel van spectrografie, macrografische analyse en micrografie.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_4&#8243;][et_pb_image _builder_version=&#8221;3.0.63&#8243; src=&#8221;https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Puntos-de-Corrosion-Corrosion-Pitting.jpg&#8221; show_in_lightbox=&#8221;off&#8221; url_new_window=&#8221;off&#8221; use_overlay=&#8221;off&#8221; sticky=&#8221;off&#8221; align=&#8221;left&#8221; always_center_on_mobile=&#8221;on&#8221; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221; force_fullwidth=&#8221;off&#8221; alt=&#8221;Lokale corrosie door putcorrosie&#8221; title_text=&#8221;Lokale corrosie door putcorrosie&#8221; animation_style=&#8221;slide&#8221; animation_duration=&#8221;500ms&#8221; animation_intensity_slide=&#8221;10%&#8221; animation_direction=&#8221;left&#8221; show_bottom_space=&#8221;on&#8221; \/][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.16.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Er werd geconcludeerd dat het monster plaatselijke corrosie door pitting (putjes) vertoonde als gevolg van het gecombineerde effect van een hoog chloridegehalte (met een zoutgehalte van meer dan 1%) en hoge procestemperaturen. Daarnaast kan het zoutgehalte van de waterige fase vari\u00ebren. Deze complexe samenstelling, in combinatie met de faseverandering die optreedt tijdens het<b> verwarmen van margarine<\/b>, maakt een<b> reologische analyse<\/b> van het product noodzakelijk. Het doel van deze analyse is om een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deepl.com\/?p=10383\"><b>betrouwbaar thermisch ontwerp<\/b><\/a> van de <b>buiswarmtewisselaar<\/b> te verkrijgen. Daarom werden de thermische eigenschappen van het product in de laboratoria van de UPCT bepaald aan de hand van een monster ervan.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><strong>Een correcte modellering van het smelt- en kristallisatieproces, de latente warmte en de specifieke warmte zijn essentieel voor het thermisch ontwerp van de warmtewisselaar.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section bb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Voor dit project hebben we onze <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/nl\/sanitaire-multitubulaire-warmtewisselaar\/\"><b>buiswarmtewisselaar S-TFM-I<\/b> geleverd,<\/a> met de volgende belangrijkste kenmerken:<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Multitubulaire geometrie&#8221;
