Daarom wordt het lasproces uitgevoerd volgens de hoogste kwaliteits- en controlenormen.<\/p>\n<p>Het <b>lassen <\/b>van de<b> balgen<\/b> gebeurt <b>mechanisch<\/b>, met behulp van <b>de nieuwste apparatuur<\/b> waarmee <b>lassen vanaf 0,20 mm dikte<\/b> mogelijk is, door middel van <b>GTAW (TIG) en MICRO PLASMA (PAW)<\/b>-processen.<\/p>\n<p>Voor de overige laswerkzaamheden beschikken we over lasmachines voor <b>GTAW (TIG), GTAW ORBITAL, GMAW (MIG-MAG) en SMAW<\/b>-processen, evenals de mogelijkheid om het laswerk bij veel van deze processen te mechaniseren en automatiseren.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;][et_pb_text background_layout=&#8221;light&#8221; text_orientation=&#8221;justified&#8221; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;3.0.63&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>Materialen die worden gebruikt bij de fabricage van expansiecompensatoren<\/h2>\n<p>De meest gebruikte materialen voor de fabricage van balgen en expansieverbindingen zijn austenitische roestvrijstalen in alle kwaliteiten: <b><strong>SS304 (1.4301), SS 304L (1.4306), SS 316 (1.4401), SS316L (1.4404), SS 316Ti (1.4571), SS 321 (1.4541)<\/strong><\/b>, voor temperaturen tot 600 \u00b0C, en <b>1.4828 [SS309S]<\/b> voor temperaturen<b> tot 1000 \u00b0C<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Andere materialen die we ook gebruiken zijn nikkelbasislegeringen van het type <b>INCONEL 600, INCONEL 625LCF, INCOLOY 825<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Voor de rest van de compensator worden <b>alle soorten koolstofstaal, gelegeerd staal of duplexstaal<\/b> gebruikt.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row background_position=&#8221;&quot;&amp;quot;&amp;amp;quot;top_left&amp;amp;quot;&amp;quot;&quot;&#8221;
