Questo <b>scambiatore di calore<\/b> era destinato alla <b>fusione della margarina per il successivo ritrattamento<\/b>. In questa applicazione si presentano una serie di difficolt\u00e0 al momento di riprogettare lo<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/it\/scambiatori-tubolari\/\"><b> scambiatore di calore a fascio tubiero<\/b><\/a><b>. Da <\/b>un lato, la<b> scelta del materiale pi\u00f9 adatto<\/b>. Dall&#8217;altro, un&#8217;adeguata interpretazione del <b>processo termico<\/b> a cui \u00e8 sottoposta la <b>margarina,<\/b> poich\u00e9 si tratta di un prodotto semisolido che passa allo stato liquido quando viene rilavorato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per questa applicazione \u00e8 comune l&#8217;uso di scambiatori di calore a superficie raschiata. Tuttavia, l&#8217;elevato costo iniziale di installazione, unito agli alti costi di esercizio e ai problemi tipici della chiusura meccanica, rendono lo<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/it\/vantaggi-scambiatori-tubolari-di-calore\/\"> <b>scambiatore di calore tubolare<\/b><\/a> una <b>valida alternativa<\/b> da prendere in considerazione.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Text&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>La soluzione: scambiatori di calore a tubo corrugato per la fusione e la rigenerazione della margarina<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Noi di <b>SACOME<\/b> siamo sempre consapevoli che una <b>corretta scelta del materiale<\/b> eviter\u00e0 possibili problemi di corrosione nel sistema di processo. Per questo motivo, e sulla base dell&#8217;analisi dei materiali effettuata dall&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.upct.es\/contenido\/departamentos\/ingenieria_materiales_fabricacion.php\"><b>Universit\u00e0 Politecnica di Cartagena (UPCT)<\/b><\/a><b>,<\/b> la nostra divisione tecnica ha proposto al cliente l&#8217;utilizzo di <b>acciaio duplex<\/b>. Questo materiale era ideale per il progetto e il tipo di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/it\/margarina-fusa-fluidificata\/\">applicazione prevista<\/a>. In stretta collaborazione con l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.upct.es\/\"><b>Universit\u00e0 Politecnica di Cartagena<\/b><\/a> (<b>UPCT<\/b>), SACOME \u00e8 stata in grado di trarre conclusioni sull&#8217;origine di questa corrosione per evitare che si verifichi in future progettazioni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gli esperti dell&#8217;UPCT hanno effettuato diverse analisi sul campione con segni di corrosione: analisi chimica mediante spettrografia, analisi macrografica e micrografia.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_4&#8243;][et_pb_image _builder_version=&#8221;3.0.63&#8243; src=&#8221;https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Puntos-de-Corrosion-Corrosion-Pitting.jpg&#8221; show_in_lightbox=&#8221;off&#8221; url_new_window=&#8221;off&#8221; use_overlay=&#8221;off&#8221; sticky=&#8221;off&#8221; align=&#8221;left&#8221; always_center_on_mobile=&#8221;on&#8221; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221; force_fullwidth=&#8221;off&#8221; alt=&#8221;Corrosione localizzata da vaiolatura&#8221; title_text=&#8221;Corrosione localizzata da vaiolatura&#8221; animation_style=&#8221;slide&#8221; animation_duration=&#8221;500ms&#8221; animation_intensity_slide=&#8221;10%&#8221; animation_direction=&#8221;left&#8221; show_bottom_space=&#8221;on&#8221; \/][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.16.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si \u00e8 concluso che il campione presentava corrosione localizzata <b>per vaiolatura<\/b> (pitting) dovuta all&#8217;effetto combinato di un <b>alto contenuto di cloruri<\/b> (con una percentuale di sali contenuti superiore all&#8217;1%) e di <b>alte temperature di processo<\/b>. Inoltre, la fase acquosa pu\u00f2 avere un contenuto di sale variabile. Questa composizione complessa, insieme al cambiamento di fase che si verifica durante il<b> riscaldamento della margarina<\/b>, rende necessaria un&#8217;<b>analisi reologica<\/b> del prodotto. Lo scopo di questa analisi \u00e8 ottenere una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/it\/calcolo-termico-scambiatori-tubolari\/\"><b>progettazione termica affidabile<\/b><\/a> dello <b>scambiatore di calore tubolare.<\/b> Per questo motivo, le propriet\u00e0 termiche del prodotto sono state ottenute nei laboratori dell&#8217;UPCT a partire da un campione dello stesso.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><i><em><strong>La corretta modellizzazione del processo di fusione e cristallizzazione, del calore latente e del calore specifico sono essenziali per la progettazione termica dello scambiatore di calore.<\/strong><\/em><\/i><\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section bb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
