Questo <b>scambiatore di calore<\/b> era destinato al <b>riscaldamento di fanghi<\/b> per la successiva <b>digestione anaerobica<\/b> in un digestore per la<b> produzione di biogas<\/b>. Il funzionamento degli scambiatori a piastre non \u00e8 adatto al trattamento dei fanghi, quindi tradizionalmente le geometrie a spirale e tubolari si sono imposte nei complessi di <b>depurazione delle acque reflue<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebbene sia vero che gli scambiatori a spirale sono molto comuni in questo settore, la ricerca di <b>migliori prestazioni del digestore anaerobico<\/b> comporta la lavorazione di <b>fanghi sempre<\/b> pi\u00f9 complessi: pi\u00f9 densi, pi\u00f9 viscosi e con un maggiore contenuto di solidi e fibre. Al fine di ridurne il volume e limitare l&#8217;inquinamento, questi rifiuti o fanghi vengono inviati a un dispositivo noto come <b>digestore anaerobico<\/b>. In questa apparecchiatura avviene la <b>degradazione biochimica dei fanghi<\/b>, grazie all&#8217;azione batteriologica in un ambiente a temperatura controllata e in assenza di ossigeno, e la loro trasformazione in <b>biogas<\/b>. La <b>digestione anaerobica<\/b> di questi fanghi consente non solo la riduzione degli scarichi, ma anche la loro <b>valorizzazione energetica<\/b>, poich\u00e9 il biogas \u00e8 un gas con un elevato potere calorifico, grazie alla sua composizione ricca di metano, come si pu\u00f2 osservare nel grafico a barre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Questo <b>biogas<\/b> viene immagazzinato in un gasometro dove, una volta sottoposto a trattamento per l&#8217;eliminazione di composti inquinanti o corrosivi, pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato come combustibile in motori appositamente preparati, che a loro volta possono azionare un alternatore e <b>generare energia elettrica<\/b> che pu\u00f2 essere immessa nella rete elettrica.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243;][et_pb_counters _builder_version=&#8221;3.21&#8243;
