Notre client \u00e9tait une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie du secteur avec laquelle nous collaborons activement, en lui apportant notre exp\u00e9rience dans les condenseurs et \u00e9vaporateurs de fluides \u00e0 base de m\u00e9thanol et d&rsquo;\u00e9thanol :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Condenseurs\u00a0:\u00a0la fonction des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur tubulaires \u00e9tait de condenser \u00e0 la fois le m\u00e9thanol pur et un m\u00e9lange en phase vapeur (compos\u00e9 de composants condensables, tels que le m\u00e9thanol et l&rsquo;eau, et de composants non condensables tels que l&rsquo;air). De plus, cette condensation s&rsquo;effectue sous vide. La conception thermique correcte des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur \u00e9tait un point critique de ce projet. Pour les condensations de m\u00e9langes gazeux (et plus encore celles comportant des phases non condensables comme mentionn\u00e9), le processus ne se d\u00e9roule pas dans des conditions isothermes comme c&rsquo;est le cas pour les composants purs, ce qui n\u00e9cessite un calcul tr\u00e8s rigoureux de la part de nos ing\u00e9nieurs. De plus, notre service technique a conseill\u00e9 le client dans chaque cas sur l&rsquo;utilisation du fluide de refroidissement le plus appropri\u00e9, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse d&rsquo;eau de tour ou de solutions glycol\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9vaporateurs : Le calcul du processus d&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation comportait plusieurs d\u00e9tails \u00e0 prendre en compte, ainsi que le risque d&rsquo;\u00e9coulement de brouillard ou la difficult\u00e9 d&rsquo;obtenir une \u00e9vaporation compl\u00e8te, entre autres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nos experts en conception thermique, appuy\u00e9s par notre exp\u00e9rience dans l&rsquo;industrie de transformation, ainsi que le soutien de Heat Transfer Research, Inc. (organisation dont nous sommes membres depuis 1998) ont permis de r\u00e9aliser une solution d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie personnalis\u00e9e et adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 le processus de notre client.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb1_2&Prime;][et_pb_text admin_label=\u00a0\u00bbText\u00a0\u00bb background_position=\u00a0\u00bbtop_left\u00a0\u00bb background_repeat=\u00a0\u00bbrepeat\u00a0\u00bb background_size=\u00a0\u00bbinitial\u00a0\u00bb _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.16.1&Prime;]<\/p>\n<h2>La solution : condenseurs et \u00e9vaporateurs de m\u00e9thanol<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En tenant compte des donn\u00e9es du processus, nos ing\u00e9nieurs ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la conception thermique des condenseurs et des \u00e9vaporateurs, en v\u00e9rifiant diff\u00e9rentes alternatives dans chaque cas, dans le but d&rsquo;offrir la meilleure solution \u00e0 nos clients.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, et en gardant cela \u00e0 l\u2019esprit, les points les plus importants pris en compte dans la conception des \u00e9vaporateurs et des condenseurs de m\u00e9thanol sont d\u00e9crits comme suit\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9vaporateurs de m\u00e9thanol \u2013\u00a0L&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation de l&rsquo;eau est l&rsquo;un des processus thermiques qui n\u00e9cessite des connaissances plus approfondies de la part du concepteur. Dans ce cas, l&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en chauffant les vapeurs de m\u00e9thanol en utilisant de la vapeur d&rsquo;eau comme service. Nos ing\u00e9nieurs ont opt\u00e9 pour une conception appropri\u00e9e pour \u00e9viter le flux de brouillard (qui peut rendre difficile l&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation compl\u00e8te du flux d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e) et pour surdimensionner de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e le flux de processus, garantissant ainsi que la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation \u00e9tait requise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Condenseurs au m\u00e9thanol\u00a0:\u00a0La condensation ne pose pas de probl\u00e8mes aussi d\u00e9licats dans le calcul thermique, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il est important de faire attention \u00e0 la conception lors du choix d&rsquo;une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie et d&rsquo;une s\u00e9paration de d\u00e9flecteur appropri\u00e9es pour assurer un bon drainage des condensats et \u00e9galement \u00e9viter les risques de vibrations dans le bo\u00eetier.
