{"id":43736,"date":"2026-10-28T09:41:21","date_gmt":"2026-10-28T08:41:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/committed-to-quality\/"},"modified":"2026-10-28T09:49:09","modified_gmt":"2026-10-28T08:49:09","slug":"committed-to-quality","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/committed-to-quality\/","title":{"rendered":"Committed to quality"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Expansion joints for chemical industry service, with materials and inspections defined for demanding operating conditions.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Once again, SACOME has secured the supply of expansion joints for the chemical industry, delivering a total of <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>10 units<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> fitted with <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>SSO bellows in Incoloy 825<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Some of these units were manufactured from a <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>single 1.6 mm ply<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">, while others were designed as <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>multi-ply bellows with three 1 mm layers<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">, depending on the service requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">From the manufacturing stage, special attention was given to weld quality control.
