The technical specification included two especially demanding conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>An inlet gas pressure below 0.2 bar(a)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Gas classification as hazardous fluid (Group 1) and explosive, in accordance with Directive 2014\/68\/EU<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">To meet these requirements, SACOME\u2019s technical team designed a tubular heat exchanger from its industrial range, model <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/intercambiador-industrial-multitubo\/\"><b>I-TFM-I<\/b><\/a><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">, with a <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>flanged tubesheet<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> and <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>removable eccentric reducers<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">, adapted to the available space limitations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The supply also included <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>40 mm mineral wool insulation<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">, clad with <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>0.5 mm stainless steel sheet<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">, as well as <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>saddle supports<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">.<\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\">A project like this leaves little room for standard solutions.
