We recently participated in a major European project on waste-to-energy conversion, contributing our expertise in the design and manufacture of custom thermal equipment.<\/p>\n<p>As part of this project, SACOME was responsible for the design and manufacture of all the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/tubular-heat-exchangers\/\"><b>tubular heat exchangers<\/b><\/a> that form part of the system. This equipment has been developed under strict criteria of thermal efficiency, product compatibility, and operational reliability.<\/p>\n<p>Among the equipment supplied, the following stand out:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Gas-water exchangers<\/b>, designed to operate at temperatures of up to 550\u00b0C, with diameters of 1,200 mm, a total exchange surface area of 300 m\u00b2, and a thermal power of 4,000 kW.<\/li>\n<li><b>Multi-stage condensers<\/b> for product recovery, with more than 600 m\u00b2 of exchange surface area.<\/li>\n<li><b>Auxiliary exchangers<\/b> integrated into the plant&#8217;s cooling circuit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All equipment has been manufactured in <b>austenitic stainless steel<\/b>, selected for its compatibility with the product being treated.
