It is worth highlighting the versatility of this installation, as it allows our client to process everything from very liquid dairy products, with a viscosity similar to that of water, to desserts with a high consistency.

During the study phase, we recommended our customer to send us samples of the different products to be processed and, in collaboration with the university laboratories, we analysed the thermal properties relevant for the thermal calculation, such as density, specific heat, thermal conductivity and viscosity curves. For some of the products, we had to make several laboratory measurements because the product thickened due to the presence of certain ingredients. The valuable conclusions obtained from these analyses allowed us to work with very precise information when designing the heat exchangers.

With this starting point, our Technical Department proposed our model S-TF20-I (SACOME’s sanitary line monotubular exchanger), ideal for low capacities of production, and calculated the different heating and cooling sections of the exchanger.

Specifications of this product:

S-TF20-I Tube in Tube Sanitary Heat Exchanger | Double Tube Heat Exchanger

SACOME has recently supplied a pilot plant for the processing of various dairy desserts.
