Heat treatment lines intended for pasteurization and cooling of oat-derived products.<\/h2>\n

SACOME<\/a><\/strong> has recently supplied two heat treatment lines for oat-derived products<\/strong>. On the one hand, an installation for pasteurization and cooling of 5,000 kg\/h of 70 \u00baBrix oat syrup<\/strong>; and on the other hand, a process equipment for pasteurization and cooling up to 25 m3\/h of oatmeal paste for hot filling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In order to comply with the limitation of admissible pressure drop<\/strong> indicated by the client, our technicians proposed a mixed solution<\/strong>, with some sections formed by multitubular heat exchangers<\/strong> (in this case, our S-TFM-I heat exchanger<\/a><\/strong>) and other sections (in particular the final cooling) formed by annular space heat exchangers<\/strong> (our S-TF40R-D heat exchanger<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n

It should be noted that to produce hot water with steam<\/strong>, we have supplied a heat exchanger<\/strong> from our V SERIES<\/strong>. Our V SERIES heat exchangers<\/a><\/strong> have an excellent quality-price ratio. In addition, these heat exchangers<\/strong> are manufactured in made-to-stock production<\/strong> for immediate deliveries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
