Design and manufacturing of two sterilization lines of concentrated coffee extract<\/h2>\n

[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.21″ border_style=”solid”]<\/p>\n

SACOME<\/a><\/strong> has been commissioned to design<\/a><\/strong> and manufacturing<\/a><\/strong> two sterilization lines of 9,000 kg\/h of concentrated coffee extract<\/strong> \u2014 with a solid extract of 11%<\/strong> \u2014 by one of the world’s leading producers<\/strong> in the coffee and derivatives sector<\/strong>. This producer has more than 100 years of experience in the sector. Among other products, this firm produces and markets different varieties of soluble, freeze-dried coffee, cocoa and diet foods<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Our client was very concerned about minimizing energy consumption<\/strong>, particularly steam consumption<\/strong>, so energy recovery<\/strong> was a priority for this project. Therefore, the sterilization lines<\/strong> supplied by SACOME achieve 66% of regeneration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, the S-TFM-I heat exchangers<\/a><\/strong> have been supplied mounted on four DHE-type frames<\/strong>, prepared so that the client can make the closure by means of stainless steel plates covered with mineral wool<\/strong>. In this respect, we can guarantee a dual function<\/strong>: on the one hand, to protect the plant workers in the event of accidental contact with the surface of the exchanger, at high temperature<\/strong>; and on the other hand, to insulate the equipment thermally<\/strong>, minimizing losses.<\/p>\n
