SACOME<\/a><\/strong> has been contacted by pharmaceutical engineering company for design<\/a><\/strong> and manufacture<\/a><\/strong> a heat exchanger for a purified water loop<\/a><\/strong>. The final customer is a major pharmaceutical company located in the Eastern Europe, involved in the manufacturing of antibiotics<\/strong> and different active ingredients<\/strong> for human and animal medicine.<\/p>\n This water<\/strong> has been pre-treated<\/strong> (to remove hardness, metals and oxides, among others) and treated<\/strong> (the usual procedures are by reverse osmosis or ultrafiltration). Then, the water is heated up to 85 \u00baC in a batch process<\/strong> in the heat exchanger to achieve the sanitization<\/strong> of the purified water loop<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The solution proposed by our technicians has been our P-TFM-I heat exchanger<\/a><\/strong> from our Pharmaceutical Line<\/a><\/strong>.
