A manufacturer company of fish products, benchmark in the Southeast Asian market, has once again trusted our firm and commissioned SACOME<\/a><\/strong> to design<\/a><\/strong> and manufacturing<\/a><\/strong> of a corrugated tube heat exchanger<\/a><\/strong> intended for the heating of sardine pieces and tuna heads<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The client wanted to take advantage of this waste-product<\/strong> generated during its production process, by transform it into a by-product with added value<\/strong>, being used for animal feeding<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The heat exchanger<\/a><\/strong> has been dimensioned for a capacity between 8,000 and 10,000 kg \/ h of product<\/strong> and a pasteurization temperature of 90 \u00baC<\/strong> since the client had hot water<\/strong> and low-pressure steam<\/strong> systems. In this sense, the client requested us to optimize the intake of both services<\/strong> in order to achieve the most compact and economic solution with the lowest possible steam consumption<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

With these client requirements, our technicians proposed a solution based on our S-TF20-I heat exchanger<\/a><\/strong>, being a very efficient thermal solution<\/strong> and at the same time, the best solution to minimize the risks of blockage in the product channel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
