The main characteristic of SACOME<\/a><\/strong> are our custom designs<\/strong> for each project based on the needs of our clients. This adaptation is not only limited to the thermal design<\/strong> of the equipment, but also to customer requirements in terms of mechanical calculations<\/strong>. In this sense, at SACOME we have various mechanical calculation softwares<\/strong> (for example, PV Elite<\/strong>). Therefore, we are able to carry out these calculations according to different design codes<\/strong>, such as AD 2000 Merkblatt, ASME VIII Div 1, PD 5500<\/strong>, among others. In the same way, we can perform calculations for Finite Elements Analysis (FEA)<\/strong>. Furthermore, at SACOME we collaborate with other external companies specialized in mechanical calculations to solve those cases that we cannot calculate by on our own means.<\/p>\n Continuing with the abovementioned, SACOME has recently been commissioned for the thermal design, mechanical design and manufacturing of two heat exchangers for the vegetable oil sector<\/strong>. Thus, SACOME has performed the mechanical calculations<\/strong> required to find the optimal solution<\/strong>. A fundamental parameter in this type of seismic calculation is the so-called \u201cLong-Period Transition Period, TL (s)\u201d<\/strong> whose value depends on the geographical area in which the equipment will be installed.
