New supply of three steam condensers under vacuum conditions for a major client world leader in the beverage production<\/h2>\n

Last week we delivered several process equipment<\/strong> to one of our most important clients in Germany. These are three steam condensers under vacuum conditions<\/strong>. For this project, the tubular heat exchangers<\/a><\/strong> have a dual function<\/strong>; on one side, to condensate the residual steam from the plant<\/strong> and on the other side, to do the preheating of the process water and the CIP solution<\/a><\/strong> in the factory.<\/p>\n

Our client is a German food producer and a world leader in the beverage production<\/a><\/strong>. Therefore, this client required us to have internal surface finish<\/strong> with roughness Ra <0.8 \u00b5m<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In order to take advantage of the space available in the plant, we have manufactured special supports<\/strong> that allow the assembly of the heat exchangers<\/strong> in a single row. On the other hand, for better drainage<\/strong>, we lean all the shell and tube heat exchangers<\/strong> to the condensate output connection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
