As reported by our client, in the event that the temperature exceeds 50 \u00baC, the biological organisms consumption can rise considerably due to a loss in efficiency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our Technical Department have faced different challenges: firstly, to <strong>cool down<\/strong> this <strong>solids-rich effluent <\/strong>under 50 \u00baC, carrying it out by means of a configuration able to <strong>minimize the risk of plugging<\/strong>, thus preventing the number of shutdowns. A further target was to adopt a solution so that a certain amount of energy could be recovered from this <strong>rinsing water<\/strong>, providing the effluent, in this way, a significant added value. At last, our staff had to choose the most suitable geometry for such a <strong>high capacity<\/strong>, <strong>360 m3\/h<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Having assessed different alternatives, we recommended the client one of the configurations within the <strong>SACOME Industrial Line<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/industrial-line\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a>, we are referring to our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/tube-in-tube-industrial-heat-exchanger\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">I-TF20-I heat exchanger<\/a><\/strong>. This <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/tubular-heat-exchangers\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">tubular heat exchanger<\/a><\/strong> consists of <strong>2 concentrical tubes<\/strong>, in which the effluent, that can have large-size particles, flows through the inner tube, whilst the service water is processed in the annular space.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.21&#8243; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Our technical solution<\/h2>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.21&#8243; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With the aim to achieve a <strong>workable technical solution<\/strong>, able to process such a <strong>high rinsing water flowrate<\/strong>, the approach of our Technical Department is based on <strong>4 lines in parallel<\/strong>, having <strong>collectors at the inlet and outlet<\/strong> to split the <strong>production capacity<\/strong>.
