In this sense, <strong>SACOME<\/strong> is able to carry out meticulous <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/engineering-design\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">engineering works<\/a><\/strong> to optimize its <strong>technical solutions<\/strong>, therefore allowing the client to achieve a coherent payback time for the initial investment, by <strong>saving energy<\/strong> by means of <strong>heat recovery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>Monotube heat exchanger for energy savings<\/h2>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">An example of the above mentioned is the recent <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/manufacturing\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">manufacturing<\/a><\/strong> of a<strong> monotube heat exchanger to recover the heat of the hot water coming from the washing of nuts<\/strong>. This <strong>process water<\/strong> is a water at 98 \u00b0 C, having high potential for its energy usage. So, taking into account the customer&#8217;s remarks and after visiting their facilities to explore all possible options, SACOME developed a <strong>technical solution<\/strong> able to take advantage of the heat of this waste water to<strong> preheat the process water <\/strong>that comes in clean to the <strong>washing installation<\/strong>. In this way, the client has been able to save a large amount of money by means of <strong>energy saving<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>Industrial Tube in Tube Heat Exchanger with corrugated inner tubes and shell<\/h2>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Focusing on the <strong>technical solution<\/strong>, contrary to the client\u2019s initial expectations, <strong>SACOME<\/strong> decided to consider a <strong>double tube heat exchanger<\/strong> with adequate product speed since this waste water could contain some solids and with this design the possibility of plugging was diminished. Specifically, SACOME applied its <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/tube-in-tube-industrial-heat-exchanger\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Industrial Tube in Tube Heat Exchanger (I-TF20-I Tubular Heat Exchanger) <\/a><\/strong>with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/corrugated-tube-heat-exchangers\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">corrugated inner tubes and shell<\/a><\/strong>.
