However, plate exchangers, for instance, must be frequently refurbished and regasketed and, in addition, there is a high amount of joints, which results in considerable maintenance costs and non-productive time.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.17.6″]<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.21″ border_style=”solid”]<\/p>\n On the other hand, due to the wide range of tubular heat exchanger configurations<\/strong> available in the industry, it is possible to make a customized design<\/a><\/strong>, which can perfectly suit the needs of each client. Thus, it is possible to consider, for example, modular designs<\/strong> in such a way that in the event of technical issues, the subsequent repair will involve a minimum cost, thus preventing the replacement of the entire heat exchanger. Also, in this way, if the problem does not affect many modules, the client will be able to continue with part of his production. This is why there is a growing number of customers that turn to SACOME to replace their existing lines of heat exchangers of other types with tubular heat exchangers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.17.6″]<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.21″ border_style=”solid”]<\/p>\n An example of the above-mentioned is the recent manufacturing<\/a><\/strong> of a double tube heat exchanger for the cooling of beer must<\/strong>, a sector in which tubular heat exchangers are not the most common configuration.
