On a normal basis, these <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/advantages-tubular-heat-exchangers\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">tubular heat exchangers<\/a><\/strong> are small sized equipment intended <strong>to keep the set temperature<\/strong> of the different <strong>primer layers<\/strong> used to paint the bodywork of the cars. SACOME is not limited to this common application and has the engineering capabilities for the design of any type of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/heat-exchangers-faq\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">shell and tube heat exchanger<\/a><\/strong> whatever its requirements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A great example of the above mentioned is the recent manufacturing of two <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/industrial-line-heat-exchangers\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">industrial heat exchangers<\/a><\/strong> to perform the <strong>heating<\/strong> and <strong>cooling<\/strong> of <strong>PVC paste<\/strong>. It\u2019s a <strong>high viscosity product<\/strong> with which SACOME wasn\u2019t very experienced at the time. In addition, a <strong>design pressure<\/strong> of <strong>125 barg<\/strong> was required in the tubeside, which meant having to test the equipment at <strong>187.5 barg<\/strong> and having to fit <strong>custom designed headers<\/strong>. However, SACOME contributed their knowledge and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/engineering-design\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">engineering capabilities<\/a><\/strong> to find an optimal solution and eventually, the <strong>shell and tube heat exchangers<\/strong> have been installed successfully.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>Industrial heat exchangers having seamless inner tubes as well as seamless outer shell<\/h2>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Focusing on the solution and taking into account the comments of the customer, who is well aware of this product, SACOME decided to consider a <strong>multitube heat exchanger <\/strong>with very low product velocities to keep the pressure drop as low as possible, since this was a specific requirement of the project and there were no minimum speed limitations as it usually occurs for these applications. Specifically, the SACOME experts chose their <strong>industrial multitube heat exchanger<\/strong> (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/multitube-industrial-heat-exchanger\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">I-TFM-I heat exchanger<\/a><\/strong>) having<strong> seamless inner tubes<\/strong> as well as <strong>seamless outer shell<\/strong>. In addition, as the process temperatures were quite low, in this case the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/metal-expansion-joints-compensators\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">expansion joint<\/a><\/strong> was not required to be fitted in the outer shell, due to the low process temperatures. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Another key point was the choice of the <strong>type of gaskets<\/strong> since the client had previously encountered many issues with similar equipment because of an inadequate choice of these.
