However, our client asked us to adapt the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/tubular-heat-exchangers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>tubular heat exchanger<\/strong><\/a> to an existing <strong>heating skid<\/strong>. For this reason, our technicians designed the <strong>shell and tube heat exchanger<\/strong> taking into account the position of the <strong>connections<\/strong>, the type of connection and the maximum available length in the skid of 1,200 mm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Furthermore, we added to this equipment a 40 mm thick <strong>mineral wool insulation<\/strong> covered with a 0.5 mm thick sheet made of <strong>AISI 304 stainless steel<\/strong>. In this way we have managed to minimise the <strong>heat losses<\/strong> to the outside.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The fast <strong>drawing approval<\/strong> by the client has been crucial to meet the manufacturing deadlines. To expedite this process, this <strong>compact tubular exchanger<\/strong> was supplied with a 3D file, compatible with CAD software such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solidworks.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>SolidWorks<\/strong><\/a>. Through this file the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/tubular-heat-exchangers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>tubular heat exchangers<\/strong><\/a> can be integrated by the client into their skid or installation drawings. This is a common practice in the <strong>SACOME Projects Department<\/strong> and it is really welcomed by our clients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project has been carried out in<strong> Belgium<\/strong>. However, our client has an extensive <strong>network of factories<\/strong> all over the world.
