It is an <strong>ingredient of curry spice<\/strong> and in Indian culture it has been used for many centuries. In Europe it is known as <strong>E-1000ii<\/strong> and it is a <strong>food coloring agent<\/strong> having a yellow color. This <strong>natural dye<\/strong> comes from a root and contains numerous properties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is an anti-inflammatory compound, hence they call it &#8220;natural ibuprofen&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>It is a stomach protector.<\/li>\n<li>It provides fiber and many vitamins (C, E, K, B1, B2, B3, B6 and B9) and it is also rich in minerals, manganese, iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, copper and zinc.<\/li>\n<li>It helps prevent the effects of cellular aging.<\/li>\n<li>Recent studies show that it could improve the symptoms of inflammatory polyarthritis and the reduction of postoperative inflammation. There are studies that show that turmeric has given better results than ibuprofen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For this project, <strong>SACOME<\/strong> has designed a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/sanitary-multitube-heat-exchanger-non-removable-tube-bundle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">S-TFMI multitubular heat exchanger<\/a> <\/strong>for the <strong>cooling of 660 kg \/ h of turmeric in suspension<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>Custom design for our tubular heat exchanger for turmeric cooling<\/h2>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our client has asked us to adapt the <strong>frame<\/strong> to the existing floor space and we have done so. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/tubular-heat-exchangers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>heat exchangers<\/strong><\/a> were placed at a high level over the ground and the support legs were adjusted to the existing openings of the frame.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Additionally, to get a <strong>better drainage<\/strong>, these <strong>tubular heat exchangers<\/strong> have been mounted with a certain <strong>pitch<\/strong>. This way of placing the <strong>heat exchanger<\/strong> allows the client to get a better <strong>draining, <\/strong>thus ensuring<strong> the maximum product recovery<\/strong> before the <strong>CIP cleaning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">To avoid the deposition of dust in suspension, the <strong>heat exchanger frame<\/strong> has been manufactured with a 45\u00ba profile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The investment carried out by our customer has satisfied the demand of a growing market in new products that historically have been uncommon in <strong>Europe<\/strong>.
