text-align: left;\">Pasteuriser with indirect energy recovery for juice and concentrates<\/h2>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=&#8221;2_3&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.21&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once again <strong>SACOME<\/strong> has been selected for the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/heat-exchangers-thermal-calculation\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">thermal design<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/manufacturing\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">manufacturing<\/a><\/strong> of a<strong> pasteurise<\/strong>r with <strong>indirect energy recovery up to 75% in heating and 99% in cooling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For a flowrate of 7.500 litres\/hour of juices, both<strong> fruit juice&nbsp;<\/strong>and<strong> tomato juice<\/strong>, it entails a <strong>significant energy saving<\/strong> with a reduced pay back time of the equipment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, this pasteuriser is also designed for the<span style=\"color: #35789b;\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/fruit-juices-beverages\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>processing of fruit concentrates<\/strong><\/a><\/span> at a flowrate of 1.500 kg\/hour.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pasteurization<\/strong> to eliminate the presence of micro-organisms and extend the product shelf life, or <strong>cooling for aseptically filling<\/strong> are some representative examples of the typical processes to be carried out by our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/corrugated-tube-heat-exchangers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #33789b;\"><strong>corrugated tube heat exchangers<\/strong><\/span><\/a>&nbsp;for<span style=\"color: #33789b;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/fruit-juices-beverages\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> fruit juices and beverages<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/corrugated-tube-heat-exchangers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #33789b;\">SACOME&nbsp;corrugated tube heat exchangers<\/span><\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;are customised to handle a wide range of products from <strong>low viscosities<\/strong> (as fruit juices) up to<strong> high viscosities<\/strong> (as orange concentrate 65\u2070 Brix).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Specifically, SACOME applied its <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/sanitary-multitube-heat-exchanger-non-removable-tube-bundle\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sanitary Multitube Heat Exchanger S-TFM-I<\/a><\/strong> with corrugated tubes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The greatest advantage of the<strong> corrugation<\/strong> in our <strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacome.com\/en\/tubular-heat-exchangers\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">shell and tube heat exchangers <\/a><\/strong><\/strong>is increasing fluid turbulence when flowing through the inner tube, which means that turbulent flow can take place even with a low Reynolds number.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243;][et_pb_image _builder_version=&#8221;3.0.63&#8243;
