Keeping going with our expansion and diversification process, SACOME is awarded a major contract with one of the UK’s main refineries<\/strong> for the supply of 10 shell and tube heat exchangers<\/strong> within the production process of alcohols, solvents and derivatives.<\/p>\n Specifically, for this project SACOME applied its I-TFM-I industrial multitube shell and tube heat exchanger<\/a><\/strong> and its I-TFMP-I industrial multi-pass shell and tube heat exchanger<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n It is noted the manufactured and mechanical design of a Falling Film Reboiler<\/strong> together with its separator, with main dimensions 12.000 mm length, 1.700 mm in shell diameter and an empty net weight of 8.900 kg. All made of 304L stainless steel. This design includes a removable self-supporting head<\/strong> and the external insulation<\/strong> fixed in the body and flexible, and removable in heads. With this equipment is supplied an inverted bottom separator tank<\/strong> interconnected to the first one in order to separate the vapour and liquid phase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Another important equipment consists of a preheater<\/strong> of 6.000 kg of weight with a length between tubular plates of 6.000 mm, expansion chamber<\/strong> and heads arranged horizontally.<\/p>\n
