One of the leading fish waste processing<\/strong> companies in northern Europe relies on SACOME<\/strong> the design and manufacturing<\/strong> of a tubular heat exchanger<\/strong> able to heat 22.000 kg\/h of fish offal<\/strong>, particularly tuna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The heating<\/strong> is performed by the injection of steam<\/strong> at low pressure in the housing.<\/p>\n For this new project we have chosen a pipe tube design heat exchanger<\/strong>, in a single and inclined frame to assist the drain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Specifically, SACOME applied its Sanitary Tube in Tube Heat
