SACOME has become an important partner in the design and manufacture of tubular heat exchangers <\/a>for the dairy industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our range of shell and tube heat exchangers<\/strong> have been processing with success low-viscosity (as standard whole milk), medium-viscosity (as shake mix or smoothies) and high-viscosity products (as cheese curd), without particles (skimmed milk) or particulate-rich by-products (yoghurt with pieces, or baby food containing cereals).<\/p>\n

Special processes as ultra-high-temperature (UHT)<\/strong> require systems with high running times and low fouling. In this field SACOME corrugated heat exchangers<\/strong><\/a> have no competition with other heat exchangers configurations.<\/p>\n
