Pressure Vessels and Process Tanks for Food Applications<\/span><\/h2>\n

For our food grade processing plants and customer requests,\u00a0SACOME designs and manufactures stainless steel tanks and pressure vessels<\/strong>\u00a0in a wide variety of sizes and shapes. SACOME pressure vessels & process tanks are manufactured in compliance with the highest standards of workmanship.<\/p>\n

SACOME manufacturing process<\/strong> is performed with the highest levels of quality, paying special care to the internal finish, the welds and the various elements that compose it.<\/p>\n

The volume of SACOME pressure vessels and process tanks is adjusted to the customer\u2019s needs as well as its dimensions. Typically, they are equipped with\u00a0two level sensors for maximum and minimum control<\/strong>\u00a0over a\u00a0pressure sensor<\/strong>\u00a0to know every time the analogy level inside.<\/p>\n

In addiction, SACOME pressure vessels and process tanks has a level sensor (one for the maximum level and another for the minimum one), as well as a pressure sensor in order to know the exact amount of product inside the tank. We include in our scope of supply\u00a0the temperature control, done by means a PT100 gauge connected to the PLC and SCADA.<\/strong><\/p>\n

SACOME pressure vessels and process tanks also contain a\u00a0manhole<\/strong>\u00a0(with an opening sensor and safety grid) that allows an easy inspection of the inside. By this way, the operator can provide different ingredients to the tank.<\/p>\n

SACOME pressure vessels and process tanks cleaning procedure is usually done by means of CIP balls, although other cleaning systems, under request, can be installed in the vessels.<\/p>\n

All the inlet and outlet connections are normalized food grade clamps, manufactured in 316L.<\/p>\n
