A corrugated tube is a pipe with a helical groove obtained from a plain tube by cold forming. It is generally interesting for the designer to know the variation of these properties at different temperatures within the working range.<\/p>\n However, in the Food Industry<\/strong>, this information takes a special relevance: the viscosity of the food fluids<\/strong> can abruptly change with the temperature<\/strong> (even more for low temperatures), being common that the product has a non-Newtonian behaviour<\/strong>, in which the viscosity<\/strong> depends also on the process velocity<\/strong> through the tubular heat exchanger<\/strong>.
