Our complete calculation capacity<\/strong> enables us to optimize the designs<\/strong>, as much from the thermal point of view as from the mechanical one, and allows us to suggest our customers different alternative solutions<\/strong> depending on their needs.<\/p>\n

At SACOME we have advanced engineering software<\/strong> for the design of heat exchangers, expansion joints and pressure vessels<\/strong>. Our engineers count on their wide background<\/strong> using highly renowned software in the fields of thermal design and mechanical calculations,<\/strong> as HTRI<\/strong> and PVElite<\/strong>. As member of Heat Transfer Research, Inc.(HTRI)<\/a>, SACOME has also access to the last technical innovations in the field of heat transfer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Our Technical staff offers also the possibility of applying methodologies of numerical simulation<\/strong>, based on the finite elements analysis (FEM)<\/strong>, for the resolution of complex problems.<\/p>\n

At SACOME we do the Engineering<\/strong> of the equipment during the design phase, and at a later stage our Projects Department develops the Detail Engineering of the equipment, applying different software as SolidWorks<\/strong> and AutoCAD 2D <\/strong>and 3D<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We count on a wide database of physical properties of products<\/strong>, as much for food applications as for industrial ones, and our designs are backed by a list of more than 6.000 references<\/strong> of equipments meeting the required specifications.<\/p>\n

For the processing of products with unknown properties, our R+D<\/strong> offers the possibility of finding out the densities, viscosities, conductivities and specific heats by means of a rheologycal study<\/strong>, just with a sample of product sent by the client.<\/p>\n
